In contrast, a second user who upgraded to Office 2016 and originally createdĪn app password is now being asked to log in to Skype with his app password. I've tried to delete the app password but the user cannot log into Skype but has no issues with other desktop software. For one user, he is not able to sign inĪnd can't find his original app password. Since then, we have upgraded to Office 365 2016. I have a situation where some of our users originally started with Office 365 2013 clients and we created an app passwords.
